Does anybody have any sneaky effective ways of weaning a 5 month old baby from their dummy?
I am wanting to know if anyone has any sneaky effective ways to wean a 5 month old baby from their dummy. I find it difficult just letting him cry when he goes to sleep rather than give him his dummy, if someone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated!
If you take it away he will cry. He may suck his fingers or thumb instead.
So you have to decide: Do I want him to suck a pacifier or his fingers?
Or he may just cry for a few days then be done with it. You can try, then see where it goes.
